Weather: Chilly, sunny. 50s.

Comments:
Warmup with sara cynthia and yoyo, workout and cooldown alone. Better workout today mentally. I didnt feel as dizzy. And my nose stuffy is getting better. 200s today at target mile. Legs felt kinda heay but not bad. Yesterday my lower shins were hurting so i massaged them out. Feels better.

200 target: 45-46.
200 times: 44, 43, 43, 43, 43, 40 [100 on pace, 100 all out].

extra: mrtyle and lunge matrix.Also 4x80 at 400 pace.
