Comments:
This run was definitely a tempo for me, at least at the end. Until we got to Sibley it was a fast steady which was fine because it was downhill, but then we sort of continued to speed up throughout the rest of the run. The hill was really hard but I'm glad we were pushing it on that. I used gmap-pedometer to chart the run, so I imagine it's quite accurate. I feel like we ran faster than 8:50 pace for the vast majority of it though. Perhaps the amount of time we spent on the hill slowed down the average considerably.
