Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60s. Sunny but lots of wind.

Comments:
Veryvery windy. Ran warmup and cooldown with danielle and cynthia. Race alone. It was the worse race ever considering like the gun not going off for both my races.. And i got boxed in my steinmetz girls... Ugh. but good race based on times. :) felt really tired but felt good mentally. I pr'ed by about 15 seconds in the 800 from 3:25 to 3:10 and 400 idk.

Had a clif bar in the morning but ate some noodles last night.

5 minutes shakeout, 1 mile warmup, 4x80 strides, 2 minute shakeout warmup before racing, 800 race, 1 mile cooldown, 4x4 race with katie gaby and danielle, 5 minutes cooldown. Didnt get to warmup before 4x400 cause we were in a hurry.
