Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didn't run yesterday because of family stuff and homework. Today I did 10 400s with around 100m cooldown in between, if that. I tried to pace it as to not tire myself out early on, but the ones in the middle were a bit slow. I think my times were something like 85,87,87,89,85,87,89,90,89,78. This is definitely the hardest workout I've ever done, and I'm exhausted.
