Weather: 80 and humid

Comments:
House-49th-Garfield-New Mexico-Wisconsin-Van Ness-Nebraska-BK. I was going to go for a longer run, but after the first mile and a half or so I started to fall apart. My shin started hurting, but it was muscular because I think my calves are growing disproportionately stronger compared to those muscles in the front of my leg. I had to stop and stretch for a little bit. Then when I got to Van Ness I decided I was too dehydrated to do my original run, so I went home. Had to stop every mile or so on the way back because I felt sick.

I feel completely better now because I took a cold shower when I got home and then drank 40 oz of water and ate enough olives to constitute about 5 grams of sodium.

Original run was supposed to be 7.5 miles.
