Comments:
Ran what I think is my first 3200 on a track. It didn't go particularly well. One of my laps was like 1:44, so that was a little snap back to reality for me. I had no idea what I was doing for laps 4,5,6. I don't like this race very much. Mile splits were 6:06 and 6:35. I also didn't approve of the 10 or so guys in front of me who were running to the left of the farthest left line for every single turn. They should have all been DQ'd.
