10 Minutes Continuous Abs
10 Minutes of 200m Run with ~50m Lunges in each (switched to Roman Chair because my knee was bugging the crap out of me)
10 Minutes of: 20x Pushups, 25x 4-count Arm Claps, 20x Pushups, 25x 4-count Mountain climbers
Then went to the gym and did some really gay bicep and tricep stuff. I hate isolation lifting.
