1000 1200 1200 1000 1000 at 5k pace with 3 minutes rest... Supposed to be medium workout, not too difficult. 3:04 3:43 3:42 3:04 3:00. Last one was actually almost perfectly even thanks to ishan being right there, overall good workout. Shoes are very shot, no bounce in them at all and it just kinda hurt.
