Comments:
we lost, but it was a good day overall. Did the 4x800 and i only had to run a 2:19, then ran the mile and went out easy and picked it up a bit for the second lap, sprinted the third lap with a 61 to lose cory, and cruised (painfully) in. Then did the 800 and finally broke 2. went 159.5 then did the 4x400 and went 54. good day, and got lots of cooldown mileage in between events. also did pushups and ice bath that night. Ill update thisa later
