Pretty good double today. In the 1600 we went out too fast in 66, and I hung back for the rest of the race and ran sort of a slow time. I think I made up for it with a pretty good double back in the 8, although I'd like to do this double again in a week to see if I can bring down my 1600 time.
In the 4x4 we were all kinda slow; I was around 55.high. No cooldown today since I was in a rush to get home.
