Comments:
After an off-day and a train ride yesterday after a weekend of hiking, I jogged to the park this morning for a workout:
4 Rounds:
50x Push-Up
40x Squat
30x Park Bench Dip
20x 4-Count Bicycle
10x Burpee
5x Handstand Push-Up
500m Park Run
Then jogged back.
I didn't have my watch which was a nice change. Just did it as fast as I could.
