Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice for the most part, windy in the two mile and 800

Felt pretty tired today from the 19 miles in the past two days, aerobically felt fine but legs just didn't have it today.

1600- 4:37
Took out the first lap at the pace i want to in a serious mile (64-65) then chilled laps two and three big time. Came through in 3:31 and picked it up nicely. Felt good, not too draining. The mile is feeling really natural again.

3200- 10:17
Ugh, felt awful. First lap was slower than I expected, 75, and then through the mile in 5:06. Just made sure there was no repeat of last week in the last two laps :P As soon as it was done though, felt fine, barely even out of breath. It was all in the legs today.

800- 2:07
Wanted to run it as evenly as possible, felt easier than last week which is definitely good. Didn't really try to stick with martin in the last 200, probably should have tried at least. Good stuff about him though, legit 4x8 soon. Decided to call it a day after this one, not really getting anywhere with those legs.
