Comments:
Long Run with Bridget. The first half was very fast and I think that hurt me in the end, just couldnt keep up that quick pace. Eastwood, Windemere, Tanbridge, back of Mayfaire, Sea Spray Loop, out of mayfaire on eastwood, arilie, loop, back to starbucks. First half were 8 min miles (too fast) then ended with closer to 9's.
