Comments:
This online log prevents me from laying out my weekly/monthly goals as I used to on the tops of the weekly pages of my paper logs. I'm going to try listing my training goals here for the next few weeks to see if I can have something to guide me.

Week of June 11:
Run 5-6 times. Aim for 25+ miles, core strength and push ups 3-4 times and two runs of 5-6 miles.

Week of June 18:
Run 5-6 times. Aim for 30 miles, core strength and push ups 4 times and one run of 7+ miles.

Week of June 25:
Run 5-6 times. Aim for 30+ miles, core strength and push ups 4 times, at least one deliberately hard day, and an 8 mile run. Get into the weight room twice for basic work.

As June ends, review the month and make new goals for July.
