Weather: beautiful, but warm
Comments:
Went up with dad. Plan was to get a quick paced long run in, but it turned out to be a bit more of a tempo. I went through the mile in about 6:10 or so and was in about 10th, then around mile 3 i was a touch under 18 and had picked up a few places. i decided to pick it up just a bit, and by mile 7 i was in second. It was fun, i felt great the entire time until about 2 miles to go. Also, monster hill at the end made me real sore the next day.
