Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Bench: 4x8 (2 sets w/25 lb plates, 2 sets w/30 lbs of plates), 2x20 (15 lbs of plates)
Press and Twist: 2 sets, 30 sec each way w/5 lb dbs
Arm Swings: 2 sets, 30 secs each, (1 set w/10's, 1 w/15's)
Pushups: 1 set of 15 each side with one hand on a DB.
Bicep Curls: 2x12 w/15's
