16 mile trail Run Race. 5 mile hill climbed 2,000 feet then lost it in 4 miles. Then up and down and back. Ran downhill too hard. Left knee hurt after 3 miles past aid station. Clicking on uphill with pain. 10 people passed in next few miles back to finish. Swollen knee still hurt after 2 weeks
