Weather: high 90s, but dry
Comments:
Dropped the girls at the hotel pool and trudged my way down a bike path beside Boulder Creek for 11 minutes (past the CU track). Return trip (slightly uphill) was 20 seconds quicker. Went past hotel and crawled up a hill into the CU campus, past the stadium and into a bathroom on campus. Return trip down the hill was one minute faster than up (5 min instead of 6). Ended it with a quck frolic inthe hotel ppl with the girls (and Walker and Beth). Hopefully, it was just the heat and elevation that made it so rough. (Right knee had been throbbing something fierce for the last 20 minutes of an hour long drive through the mountains earlier inthe afternoon. Iced it at night.)
