I felt all right I tried making a conscience decision to take this one slow and steady at about an 8 minute pace. But unfortunately that didn't happen . My first mile was at 6:48 so I was off to a bad start. But if i wouldn't have stopped my watch every time is walked then maybe that pace would have fit because I stopped at least 4 or 5 times. I don't know what it is but I just get super tired and dead when I face in sort of incline. I didn't really feel sore besides in my Achilles tendion but that always feels soar on hard runs.
