Comments:
Worst weather i've ever experienced whilst running. Jogged down to the riverbank and did 12 x 200m with 1 minute rest. Started off doing around 35 but after a couple moved down to 32 ish. Was impossible to really get going as there was terrential rain, horrible wind and it was freezing. When I got back home, my hands were blue and it took ages to get warm again.
