Got a good, long sleep in Petaluma last night after arriving from Boulder yesterday. (Failed to get a run in yesterday, though, as it took me 10 minutes to find my socks in the suitcase! and my 20 minute run become obsolete.)
Trudged through a slow run this morning... I St and Sunnyslope Rd, and a mile around the Petaluma HS track and back. Paused to stretch and leg-swing after first two laps. Felt SO MUCH better after that. Although the pace on the track only shifted from a 7:44 mile to a 7:32 mile. Definitley picked up the pace on the return to Carol's and made it up the hill in 1:53. Felt good to work a little. Knees and overall tightness are so vastly improved when I take the time to stretch and loosen up!
