About halfway through my run I realized there was probably not enough water in me, as I got the old dry mouth sensation and was laboring quite significantly, more than I should have. I felt pretty overheated after coming up the last hill, so I cooled myself off quick and then finished it up.

Essentials: 200 abs, 75 push-ups, hips.
