Weather: mid 80s and humid enough

Comments:
got out at 9:30am with Jason Campbell. Out through Chevy Chase to Crescent near East West hgwy. Felt fine for the first half. Along the Crescent we were doing about a 7:20 pace, but I began to tie up with 2 miles to go. Sent him ahead on Dorset and slogged it in at a slow trudge. I've been trying hard to hydrate, but clearly I'm in defecit... some muscle cramping after and other dark indicators.
