20 minute run. 1st 15 minutes were great. I felt like a champ. Last 5 minutes I thought I was going to die.

300 Abs (50 regular on stab ball, 50 hip thrust on stab ball, 25 in & out on ball, 25 hip thrust on ground, 150 abs with bands)

10x10 upper body band work (bis,tris, and shoulders)
