Comments:
Ran at the trail to see how I could handle the hills since I've been running flat since I started running again. The heat made the run seem harder then it probably would have been in bearable humidity. Completed an entire run without coughing, an accomplishment after last weeks runs. My legs aren't hurting during the runs its just breathing is the problem, still getting my cardiovascular fitness back.
