Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Three times up the mountain today. Josh ran with us this time. We managed to still keep the pace moderate, maybe picking up a little on the last one but not too much. We decided on four sets of stairs today, and I am glad that we did because I felt very accomplished afterwards. The view today was more spectacular than it has ever been. Seth came with us today, god bless him, and hiked a few miles to clear his head while we ran. He showed me the most perfect rock that faces over the view. It is literally a loveseat built for two. It was so cool looking that I didn't want to leave at all. Legs felt fried afterwards, but that should be normal. I will continue to do stairs every Monday even when I get to school to ensure that I am in top shape in November.
