Spring Mill Points (for week) = 18 points; Spring Mill Points (total) = 160 points/ Since I woke up late yesterday making me miss practice, I didn't hear about the run until the email which I read at 8 this morning/ Set the treadmill at 7.1 mph and ran for 69 minutes; stopped at 50:00, 30:00, and 15:00 minute markers for 60 seconds/ Burped several times resulting in a burning sensation #acidreflux?; left knee (good knee) slightly bothering me
