Comments:
Stepping up my long run because I feel like it and Coach won't give it to us. Doing 16 until further notice (AKA it becomes 17). Felt relaxed through 14 miles when Shane stepped off, and I added two more on to the end. Felt a little more frisky than I thought I would after this run.
