Comments:
First VO2 Max workout of the year...tough. 5x800 starting at C 3 mi, working down to G 3mi...2:00 rest (had to bump to 2:15 for the last 2).

Felt ok. The last one felt really tough. Felt pretty strong through about 500m each time...and started to struggle a bit on final 300. Legs just felt really beat today. Hip is starting to hurt this week...
