Weather: Warm, Slightly Breezy, Low-80's

Comments:
Pretty rough run. Did my long run at about 2 p.m. ...weather wasn't too bad...my legs were just once again cooked. Hip bothered slightly again too. Ran to North Avenue and north on the path, which was pretty crowded.

First half was a lot tougher...couldn't get moving. Found a groove and able to clip a lot faster on the second half. Last mile was rough...legs were cooked

Not a lot of mile markers...so hard to get a read on things...but some are ...
