had a good workout, did back extension, arm curls, overhead, pushups, lat pull down, pull ups, dips, step ups, 20 minutes of core and abs, balancing on the bosu ball with weight, delt row(?), forward and side arms, behind the head thing
most sets were 3x12, dips and push ups 24,20
