Comments:
Out and back with a bit extension. I went down this trial for about 20 minutes and came back in 17. It wasn't meant to be faster but rather another even 20 so I extended another 10 minutes to get myself to about 50 minutes. The reason I didn't go 25 min out is that I rAn out of trial. There were very. Long gradual hills but nothing to bad. I'm still feeling pain in my right side and it's been radiating up. So it's starting with my achilles and works its way up to my thigh. I'm not sure why this is happening but it's made me slow down at parts and even stop to stretch these parts out.
