Weather: cool, lightly humid, 70ish
Comments:
Thought I'd try for a brisk, short run. It didn't work out that way. Sure it was short... shorter than I'd intended, but my body just couldn't go fast. Too early in the morning... too stiff in the knees, no lift to my knees either. Rather disheartening, I'll admit, as I do feel like I'm fit enough to go faster than I do... Knees were alright, all in all, just not very flexible or something.
