Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Warm, summer-y

Comments:
Picked up the pace this time and I felt it, but it wasn't unmanageable. Ankle is starting to feel stronger while running, and I only really feel pain when I step on it wrong. The fact that it isn't regressing has given me enough confidence to push it a bit, but I'm still cautious for now. If my ankle goes back to where it was in June, I'll probably quit running. Maybe take up swimming.
