XC Practice

Comments:
Added two intervals, felt pretty good. Ankle is about the same, maybe even a little more comfortable. What's nice is I seem to be progressing pretty quickly, since my pace has dropped substantially the past couple days (the middle intervals I went back to mid 8s since I was running with Mr. Paul and talking, but I should also point out that 8:30 feels like nothing now). Hell, a week ago running at this pace would have been too much for my ankle, much less my aerobic capacity, but now I'm able to manage it. I even added two reps.
