Comments:
Started off with running around the lake but tempoing up the hills because I am missing the alumni run tomorrow. It didn't go towell, I was tired and hungry so I walked about 8 times but tempted up 6-8 hills. Next, I walked the around the lake with my family at a pretty good pace.
