Followed by 25x Situps, 10x ab rollout, 25x situp, 10x ab rollout, 25x situp
Then we did the running portion but went back up the ladder
1:00 on, 1:00 off, 1:00 on, :50 off, 1:00 on, :40 off, 1:00 on, :30 off, 1:00 on, :20 off, 1:00 on, :10 off, 1:00 on, :10 off, 1:00 on, so on and so forth back to 1:00 off then 1:00 on. Did a really short cooldown because the heat was killing me!
