Felt horrible and sluggish on the warm up so I expected this one to be bad. Started off with a big group of people but mainly jordan and danny. First set felt good legs-wise, but I was starting to get tired breathing-wise. Second set felt difficult and I got through 3 of them before breaking off and running the p-loop backwards easy and contemplated calling it a day. Did one more hard interval by myself and got up to russ and glen. Talked with them for a little bit then jumped back in with jordan and danny when they came back around. Ran the last 3 with them to push them a little bit, danny's got a good kick in him. Got through 12 of the 15 with a little more rest in the middle there so not a complete fail, but not a good workout in any way shape or form.
