Bye Bye Beach (Day 4 Afternoon)

As per usual, we spent Thursday afternoon at York River State Park, which is one of my favorite parts of preseason camp. After the long stretching routine, I went on a 20 minute run just a little under tempo pace with Emily and Tristan. We finished our run at the semi-secret beach Kevin Fung showed me my freshman year. Much to my dismay most of the beach had eroded and there was barely any sand left. Crunch progression and gatorade afterwards.
