Team Aquajogging (Day 3 Midday)

In between the runs of the day, I joined a group of people in doing an aqua jog routine in the pool. First time in a year that I have done it with other people instead of alone at the Wilson pool/Spring Hill Rec center. After a steady warm up, we did a double ladder (30-60-90-60-30~~~rest~~~30-60-90-60-30) with recovery time equal to the length of the pick up.
