Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After a long warm up down to the canoe landing and back, my group (the Yorks) did 6 one minute pickups with two minute recoveries at a steady pace. Was fine for the first 4, but really had to push for the last two. I want to do more/get better at speed workouts, they have never been my forte. Followed by a long cool down to the canoe landing and stretching.
