Wanted to run 7 after class but somehow missed my turn around point and ended up running a little over 8. Wasn't with the team because of a class I had at 4, so I just ran as easy as I wanted to and this is what my legs gave me. Kind of a hillier route, not bad at all but more than we are used to. Ran north up Lake Shore from my apartment. Found out that the 6, 6.5, and 7 mile markers are still there, good route for a 14 miler in the future! On the way back I was getting a little tired and twisted my right ankle while running in the shoulder. Hurt really bad for the next 2 minutes but felt fine after. Right now the muscles around it are sore but it doesn't hurt walking.
