Triple bluff warm up
1 meadow loop tempo
2 bluff hills easy down tempo up
1 meadow loop 20-30 seconds faster
1 bluff hill easy down tempo up
rest cool down

Felt pretty good on the warm up then things started to go downhill. 8:29 on the first loop, felt pretty decent, held back a little bit cause I knew I would have to top it on the next time around. Noticed that Chris was right in front of me so I tried to stick with him, probably should have just let him go. Started getting pretty tired going back into the woods. Finished semi-comfortably and went right into the hills. Tried to take my time slow on the downhills but the uphills still took a lot out of me and I was dead at the top of each one. After the two I knew I was going to suck on the loop. Started off strong but faded by the time we made it to the meadow. Tried to stick with TJ but he pulled away. Slowed down to almost a walk to catch my breath then progressively picked it back up. 9:19 was my time, 50 seconds worse than my first loop and 70-80 seconds slower than I was supposed to......... yeah..... skipped the last hill and cooled down
