Comments:
Grounded by the Doc - Sit ups 10 sets of 15, torso bends 5 X 15,side bends 3 X 1, ball on the wall, leg exercises, 5 X 15 hanstrings and quads 5X15. Reps light weights. No lat pulls of back. Ice on the knee at wrk. minor discomfort when walking .
