Comments:
Two Aleve, Ace brace. 5 walk & 10 run pattern. Broke from FPC lot down Westover to Mobray Arch for stop. Down Mobray Arch to Crysler at hague and up to bridge then regular path. Four loops beside the Spirit of Norfolk - for 2nd stop. Slight discomfort in left knee and very little pain during the run in Rt foot.
