Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Mild and Dry, but a bit damp underfoot.
Comments:
Nice morning, had been raining the night before, but very mild for the run. We were doing the course backwards because it's the one year aniversary. I set off easy and got slower, dropped on the last lap by a guy running an 18:40! The course was slightly harder backwards, the gentle rise from the middle of the lap turns into a little stabby climb near the start of the lap, and it's a bit more awkward. Mainly I was just rubbish, although I didn't have much pain.
