Weather: hottt! high 80s/sunny!!

Comments:
ran with sara and yoyo for like the first mile then on my own. my shins felt soooo tight the first 2.5 miles, ah! ): but after that, it started to loosen up. breathing was decent, it just sucked for the last mile. legs didn't feel so great today, mostly the shins and calves. also, felt nauceous towards the end... again. i still don't know why. i'm eatting and stuff. eh, other than that, felt good.

splits: 10:03, 10:29, 20:31 (2 miles), 9:48, 9:59.

cadence: 90, 88, 88.

extra: shin/calf/ankle rehab, leg circuit (x2), myrtle, 100 ups.
