Easy Day

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 40 minutes easy today. Didn't run yesterday because of knee pain. Found out it's probably just minor tendonitis, so I should be ok to run through it with ice and stretching. Felt pretty good today, felt slight twinges of pain at the end of the run, and felt more pain after I stopped running. Did abs before the run.
