Run/Playing With Push-Ups/Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a loop from Lahaye to the South Campus Intramural Fields. We started out at a good pace but had to slow waaaaay down for the slackers, which is disappointing because we were doing good. The total time doesn't really reflect the pace we held for the first mile or so. When we got there we did:

100m Sprint
20x Pushups, 5x Burpees
15x Clap Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
10x Chest Slap Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
5x Fingertip Push-Ups
100m Sprint
15x Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
10x Clap Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
10x Chest Slap Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
5x Fingertip Push-Ups
100m Sprint
10x Push-ups, 5x Burpees
10x Clap Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
10x Chest Slap Push-Ups, 5x Burpees
5x Fingertip Push-Ups
100m Sprint.

Then we ran back to Lahaye. I had the team do "Death By Ten Meters" which means I'm going to have to do it after lab :(
