ran with abbbby!! but yeaah, felt okay today. went for an EASSSY easy run. my breathing was pretty good, but my legs felt kinda heavy. i was scared my shins were gonna start hurting again but it didn't really. my calves and shins are pretty sore though. gonna iceicieiceee. really good pacing today, and my cadence is finally in the 90s!! <3
